The O'Connor Family- Allison & Emmily's One Year Photographs!

This has got to be one of my all time favorite families.. should I be saying that? Oh well, it's true! Craig and Renee are sweet, laid back, and easy going which makes for 2 very happy babies! Allison and Emmily were in our cutest baby contest back in May and we were thrilled to be able to shoot their one year pictures (11 month if you want to get technical). The shoot was a lot of fun. We started off in the studio and then headed out to a nearby park. I have to say, it's hard to only be posting 3 pictures.. but I guess it's called a sneak peek for a reason :).

Danielle & Matt Engaged!

Danielle and Matt were so fun to work with! We had a blast in rural Minnesota finding unique spots with lots of character. One of which was an old stone barn.. it was absolutely beautiful! And in the land of 10,000 lakes it only made sense to end our engagement session at Toqua lake in Graceville at sunset. We can't wait to shoot their wedding over Thanksgiving weekend! It will be here before we know it!

Luke and Amanda Engaged!

I had the privilege of taking Luke and Amanda's engagement pictures. Luke is one of my good friends from college who loves to have a good time. The past couple of years have been rough for him though as he battled cancer. Luckily he is doing much better! Through it all Amanda was by his side taking care of him.. what a blessing! They also have a baby girl, Lily, who is quite the doll. This session was so much fun to incorporate the whole family and get some great photographs of the two of them caught up in their love for one another. We were able to do the shoot in my hometown of Sioux City, IA and since Lou was unable to tag along on the trip, my mom thankfully agreed to be my assistant. Thanks mom! I am looking forward to their wedding in October. I know it will be a blast.. and even better.. a future that will be full of love, laughter, and fun!

2010 Baby Model Winner: Jackson

The voting in the end came down to the wire and only six votes separated first and second place. But the winner of the Aristo 2010 Baby Model contest is Jackson!

It was so great to meet all of you and photograph such wonderful babies.

Remember we have a referral program at our studio where if you refer someone who books a session with us, you will receive credit to put toward any of our products or services.

An in-studio baby session like the complementary sessions in the baby model contest are just $50. Family sessions are shot on-location and run $100-$150 depending on the number of people.

T minus 4 hours 'til baby contest ends!

Less than four hours until the contest ends and I have to say we had a great turn out of contestants and voters! We really did find some of the cutest babies in Arizona! The votes are closing in around 800 total. There are a few that are really duking it out for title. Regardless of who wins, this has been such a great experience and we hope everyone is ready to do it again next year! Thank you to all the families who participated! Meet Coral!

Coral was quite the mover! We captured some fun pictures before she made her way towards our lights .. trust me I had to be fast! She was quite the doll and gave us some great pictures from the day! If you think Coral is the cutest baby, make sure to vote for her beginning May 1st!
